Corporate Solicitor 3 to 4 PQE

Role: Corporate Solicitor Title/PQE: Solicitor / 3 PQE - 10 PQE Location: Birmingham Salary: £40,000 - £80,000 + DOE Here at Simpson Judge we are looking to speak with experienced Corporate Solicitors who could be looking to join one of the largest Corporate teams in the Birmingham area, and who area a Leading Legal 500 Corporate Commercial team. This position is aimed towards broad Corporate Solicitors & Executives who are able to work on a full M&A caseload, with further matters becoming available to the successful candidate in due course. What you need to be able to do: You will need to have the ability to work with minimal to no supervision as well as being either experienced or able to aid and guide more junior team members. Prior experience working on more focused Corporate matters such as Private Equity and Group Reorganisation matters is essential, with further Mergers and Acquisition being a further bonus. Your personal skills should be as follows; * A minimum of three years post-qualification experience in the Corporate field. * Knowledge of running own files and caseload; * IT literate to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications; * Ability to prioritise workload; * Ability to demonstrate commercial awareness and pro-activity; * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to convey clear * and concise information; * Highly focussed attention to detail; * Resilient and focussed; * Determination to achieve positive outcomes If you are interested in finding out more about this role then apply with in and Stephan Kuhn of Simpson Judge will be in touch to progress your application further
