Founded in 2002, Noble Futures is a specialist recruitment agency dedicated to providing a premium recruitment partnership for our clients across the animal and agricultural-related industries. Our business has grown from strength to strength and we are now seeking an agile and detail-orientated Business Support Assistant to join our Operations team on a part-time basis. This role will see you supporting the business behind the scenes to enable the smooth operation of the business and would be a great position for someone who enjoys a varied work week, with tasks varying across operations, assisting with marketing and also administrational support within finance.

The Business Support Assistant role would be a great opportunity for someone who gains professional satisfaction from providing a great customer experience and would enjoy enabling internal processes for the company to achieve the best results. A keen attention to detail and great written communication are essential skills for this role to succeed.

Whilst initially part-time, this role would also offer the opportunity for growth and development into a full-time position in the longer term, should the successful candidate wish to further their career with this position.

Key Responsibilities: Perform general administrative duties to support the daily operations of the business. Maintain records of sales and assist in tracking performance metrics. Share the latest job vacancies across various platforms. Assist the team in securing sustainable and economical travel bookings for business-related purposes. Support the Operations and Marketing Director with varied tasks within operations, marketing and finance. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards in handling sensitive and confidential information.

Qualifications: Proven experience in administrative or business support roles. Experience within an animal or agricultural-related industry or similar environment would be beneficial but not essential. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Xero software would be a benefit but not essential. Benefits: Salary approx £12k per year (based on 20 hours p/w) Fully remote role Part time currently, with potential to become a Full Time position. Full technical package included, including laptop and voip phone. Wellness allowance
