Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Flimby, Cumbria
Our client is a leading construction company with expertise in building, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, and bespoke joinery. They deliver high-quality projects in sectors like commercial, education, healthcare, highways, and industrial, with contracts ranging from 100k to 25M+.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide cost estimates for diverse projects (e.g., civil engineering, mechanical).
- Manage project budgets, contracts, and procurement.
- Monitor financial progress and ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Collaborate with project teams on cost-saving strategies.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of NEC, JCT contracts.
- Excellent financial management and negotiation skills.
