Are you ready to shape your future and make an impact in Quality Assurance? We're looking for a driven and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our dedicated team, where you'll play a key role in ensuring a consistent and safe operational experience that enables our people to thrive.
About the Role
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you'll support project teams with quality planning and monitoring services, working on major projects and making a tangible difference in our company's quality assurance standards. You'll work on-site with prominent clients to ensure our project quality plans align with ISO9001 standards, fostering a proactive quality assurance culture that promotes continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee project quality plans, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 procedures and identifying quality assurance scope and requirements.
Conduct internal audits in line with the quality surveillance plan across various business units.
Partner with project and site managers to perform quality inspections and audits on manufacturers and sub-contractors.
Champion quality assurance within the team, ensuring compliance with corporate quality standards and acting as the first point of contact for quality-related guidance.
Manage and improve contractor and supply chain quality arrangements, including monitoring quality plans and method statements.
Complete and submit regular quality performance reports and contribute to project lifecycle lessons learned.What We're Looking For
Qualifications: HNC/HND in Quality Management.
Experience: Solid experience in auditing, surveillance, and Quality Management standards, particularly ISO9001. Proven background in managing quality in construction operations, including planning and handover phases.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative approach and a strong focus on safety performance management.Desirable
Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., Life Sciences, GMP, or Nuclear) is advantageous but not essential.Contact Harvey @ London Office
