Experienced Sous Chef - Modern British Restaurant, Hammersmith We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sous chef to join the kitchen brigade at this fantastic, independently owned group of brasseries & larders serving modern British food with a real focus seasonal produce from around the UK. As Sous would will be based in Hammersmith, you will assist the Head Chef in the preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are always maintained. Working with the Head Chef on menu development and specials, quality and cost control and kitchen management in the absence of the Head Chef.
