Sales Support Coordinator
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
Location: LS10, Stourton, Leeds
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

We are seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our team in the vibrant Audio/Music industry. This role involves working closely with our dynamic sales team, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and supporting the sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Manage customer orders with precision, ensuring all details are captured and processed efficiently.
- Quotations: Generate accurate and timely quotations for our sales team and customers.
- Customer Relations: Handle enquiries, provide delivery updates, and manage returns in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- CRM/ERM System Management: Maintain and update customer information on our CRM/ERM systems, ensuring data accuracy and assisting with pre-sales support.
- Technical Enquiries: Support customers with basic technical enquiries and escalate more complex issues to the relevant team members.
Who We re Looking For:
We re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with previous experience in an office-based role. You should have a proven track record in order processing, dealing with returns, and working with CRM and/or ERM systems. An interest in the Audio/Music industry would be a fantastic bonus!
