Configuration Analyst

IGA is seeking a Configuration Analyst with 3-4 years of experience to join a growing financial services and legal services consultancy in Leeds. The role involves configuring systems, creating workflows, and integrating technology platforms.Key Responsibilities:Configure and integrate workflow systems and platforms.Develop and manage workflows to support business operations.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.Conduct system testing and provide ongoing technical support.Handle some client-facing responsibilities to ensure smooth solution implementation.Key Requirements:3-4 years of experience configuring systems, creating workflows, and integrating platforms.Experience with ERP, CRM, or similar systems.Familiarity with workflow automation and system integration.Client-facing experience is desirable but not essential.The business is moving quickly on this hire, with a likely one-stage interview process. There is also potential for a contractor, though permanent is preferred.The work will require a hybrid office presence of around 2 days a week.The client will move quickly on this hire.
