About the role: Supply Teacher: Teach Now is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for a Supply Teacher to join our team and work across our partner schools in Hackney, London. This flexible, part-time role gives you the chance to step into vibrant, welcoming classrooms in well-known local schools. Whether you’re looking to work a few days a week or want to immerse yourself in a variety of teaching environments, this role offers a balance of structure and freedom, all with the support of a dedicated consultant. Application Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). • Previous teaching experience in primary education, ideally in Key Stage 1. • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport with students quickly. • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools. • DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one). Key Responsibilities: • Deliver lessons confidently across a range of subjects in Key Stage 1. • Ensure a smooth transition and continued learning for students in the absence of their regular teacher. • Mark and assess pupils’ work as required. • Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members. • Communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
