Cloud Architect - Up to £125k

With up to 30% Bonus 15% Pension + 30 days holiday + Bank Holidays

London - 1/2 days per week

You will lead, direct, and shape approaches to solving technical challenges for a leading financial services client. As a core contributor you will ensure good quality and engineering practices are followed in accordance with engineering transformation strategy.

Skillset:

• Expertise in cloud architecture, hosting patterns & services (especially GCP), cloud security, resilience, and operational excellence
• Expertise in microservices, containerisation, cloud-native, data architectures and event-driven design concepts
• Experience with API standards, security, networking, ingress/egress patterns & FinOps
• Experience of data technologies – SQL/NoSQL, Big Data
• Experience working with enterprise-wide cloud patterns – networks, security, ingress/egress
• Knowledge of ML/AI and data capabilities in GCP/AWS
• Strong experience & knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Python)
• Knowledge of the SDLC & SRE
• Preferable experience with ML/AI & Data Tooling in GCP
