Sous Chef

We are looking for a chef with a background in catering for professional sports teams to join our team in providing balanced and nutritional meals to our players at the training ground. A good basis of nutrition helps our players to achieve their individual nutritional goals, ultimately enhancing health, recovery, and performance. To predominantly lead the kitchen team in preparing and providing meals to our youth and women's teams. Travel with the teams to away games following their weekly schedule ensuring all food provided meets the presentation, taste and performance needs of the group. Responsibilities Prepare meals for youth and women's teams working within the nutritional guidelines Provide a detailed list of duties / areas of responsibility Work with the head chef to create exciting seasonal menus Ordering of produce in the head chefs absence Working closely with the supervisor to ensure the highest level of food safety and hygiene are maintained Travel with teams in the UK and abroad when required Flexible to work around the teams schedules Support and lead junior members of the kitchen team Cover first team senior sous chef role as and when required TPBN1_UKCT
