Job Description As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations across multiple sites. You will ensure that production targets are met efficiently and safely, while maintaining the highest quality standards. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will drive lean manufacturing initiatives, manage staff, and lead projects focused on continuous improvement. Key responsibilities of the Production Supervisor include: * Communicating daily production plans to Team Leaders and ensuring resources are used effectively. * Maintaining adherence to ISO standards and ensuring compliance with quality and safety procedures. * Leading lean manufacturing projects to improve efficiency and sustainability. * Managing staff training, holidays, and absence, ensuring smooth operation. * Conducting risk assessments and accident investigations as required. * Developing and supporting a motivated, high-performing team of Production Champions. Skills & Experience To succeed as a Production Supervisor, you will need: * Proven experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. * Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a team. * Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with experience in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement. * Good IT skills, particularly in MS Excel, and experience with production data analysis. * Understanding of ISO standards and experience in maintaining quality systems. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. Desirable: * Qualification in leadership or management. * Experience in the floral or related industry. Why Should You Apply?
