The role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced National Sales Manager to join our Sales team in the major business sales. The role will report in to the head of Partner sales I&C and input into the management of the sales strategy for defined portfolio. The successful candidate will manage a team of three and the team will be the main point of contact for 6 to 10 strategic partners. We are looking for someone who will thrive at building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. Will be committed, conscientious, and always lead with integrity. Help create and implement agreed strategies to develop relationships with Brokers and Consultants. Create & Devise retention and acquisition strategies through effective and documented account planning. Help create and implement agreed strategies to develop relationships with end users. Achieve agreed key performance indicators for customers including customer retention, margin growth, visits, cashflow and risk control objectives. Ensure that contractual and related paperwork for contracts within the allocated portfolio is completed in a timely manner and stored/maintained in accordance with TotalEnergies Gas & Power procedures. Managing a team of 3 Ensure sales activity records including contact details and customer supply information is fully maintained and can be exported in to TGP’s contact management system at the appropriate time.
