Area Sales Manager

Resolve Recruitment are recruiting for an Area Sales Manager, to represent and work for an up and coming brand to the UK who are seeking to increase their market share in the Landscape sector. The role of Area Sales Manager requires you be marketing and promoting hard landscaping products to specifiers – Architects, Consultants, Specialist Contractors and Installers, and Local Authorities Basic Salary upto £43k plus quarterly and annual bonus, company car or car allowance, home office setup, 25 days holiday and other benefits THE ROLE: * External sales role, the position will initially cover the UK but will be centric to the West Midlands/Birmingham area * Selling the company's manufactured hard landscaping products * Combination of existing business and account management, with new customer and project development * Selling a range of hard landscaping products (kerbstones, slabs, paving etc), engaging with main and sub-contractors to discuss active projects, engaging with local authorities and architects to break and secure specifications, managing projects through to completion, protecting specs throughout to drive sales in medium and long term. * You will also engage with National Merchants to maximise brand awareness, driving sales in the short term. THE CANDIDATE; * Ideally you will have 1 or 2 years experience of selling a relatable building or construction product * Reside less than 1 hours from Birmingham * Experience of an external sales role * A relationship builder, energetic and enthusiastic, with capable administration skills THE REMUNERATION: * Basic salary range is £43’000 dependant on experience. * Uncapped annual bonus * Company car (hybrid) or Car Allowance * 25 days holiday (plus 8 Bank holidays) * Mobile, Lap Top, Health scheme * Standard Pension * Healthcare Scheme
