Do you have a background in administration and are you a stickler for accuracy with fantastic attention to detail? Do you have an intermediate or advanced ability level with Microsoft PowerPoint and do you enjoy proof reading? If so, apply now, as Baines Simmons, leaders in aviation safety training and consultancy services is looking to hire a Product Management Administrator to join their Bracknell based office.


You will support the products team at Baines Simmons with managing the administration for the portfolio of training products and ensuring all products and services are released to quality standards. You will support the Head of Portfolio, by managing the current portfolio proposition to ensure its ongoing commercial viability and relevance to our market.


This is an admin role, with a high volume of PowerPoint usage and proof reading responsibilities.


What we are looking for:


· Administration experience – if for a training provider, even better!

· Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills (this will be tested)

· Good Excel skills

· Accuracy and a high attention to detail with good proof-reading and quality checking experience

· Experience of intellectual property would be beneficial

· A high standard of verbal and written English

· An ability to use your own initiative

· An ability to work independently and within a team

· An ability to manage deadlines and to communicate across the business at all levels

· An ability to prioritise workflows based on the ever-changing needs of the business

· An understanding and experience of Intellectual Property / Contracts

· An ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with peers, subject matter experts, service providers and clients

· An excellent customer delivery focus

A background in learning and development or training material development would be a huge advantage, as would having experience working within a regulated environment in and administrative role.
