NEW BUSINESS MANAGERSALARY: £27,000 p/a, plus commission and bonus structure CONTRACT: Full-time, PermanentLOCATION: LondonSTART DATE: ImmediateSUMMARYForest Road Brewing Company (FRBC) has made significant investments in their brewing plant and packaging hall, most recently the installation of two new 240HL tanks to assist in continuing the rapid growth we have enjoyed since moving to our South Bermondsey brewery.We are now looking to add one New Business Manager to further drive this growth, helping us reach more customers and get POSH Lager and the rest of our range in more hands across London and the rest of the UK.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAcquiring new Business is the main focus of the role, carrying out cold calls and booking meetings with potential customers to achieve your sales targetsReporting to the Senior New Business Manager, KPIs will be in place and must be met, across sales revenue, visits, calls and your general pipelineWorking with the Existing Business team to look after any accounts brought on, ensuring the highest level of customer serviceStructuring your schedule and owning your area to get results and be accountable for your sales figuresBe a Forest Road Brewing Co ambassador - we want you to be passionate about the brand and the industry and represent that in front of customersSKILLS, ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCEEssentialExperience and understanding of customer service is a must, being able to receive and deal with problems, offering solutions and managing expectationsPersistence, resilience and motivation to take ownership of an area and succeedConfidence, inquisitiveness and charisma - a natural relationship builderMust live in LondonDesiredAccount and client management is useful but not essentialUnderstanding of sales economics - Revenue, profit, margins, etcSome understanding of the London beer industry and hospitality marketExperience using CRM and other systemsNOTESThis is a hands-on position in a rapidly growing company with huge potential.
