The Queens Hotel has one restaurant which provides fresh food from Breakfast through to dinner as well as room service. The hotel also boasts an impressive event room which can seat up to 100 people and is covered by our Executive Head Chef, Sous Chef and 7 Chef de Parties. Our Opportunity You will have previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a high quality and busy environment either in a stand alone restaurant or hotel restaurant. Our chefs have passionand take great pride in their work with a keeneye for detail, making sure all our dishes are cooked perfectly and presentedbeautifully. We are looking for someone witha good personality and a positive and enthusiastic attitude. If you're looking for training and development opportunities, this is something we would love to help you with to help you to become the best chef you can be, you will also pick up some techniques from the team, and more importantly have fun at work. Hours 40 hour contract No Split Shifts but will be able to work any 5 of the 7 days.
