to help students improve their behaviour and reach their potential.

easily commutable . Contract Type : Full-time, term-time only Pay : £90-£100 per day Role Overview:
Assist with identifying students in need of behavioural support. Conduct
one-to-one mentoring sessions
with identified pupils. Develop strategies to help students manage their behaviour. Draw up and implement
action plans
for individual students. Work closely with
SENCos
and monitor pupil progress and behaviour. Organise lunchtime activities for pupils displaying challenging behaviour. Support liaison with families to improve student outcomes. Essential Requirements:
1:1 or 2:1 Degree
from a Leading UK University. Previous
experience working with SEN children
