Account Manager / Senior Account Manager £35,000 - £42,000 (Subject to experience) Mid Kent Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (with some flexibility) 25 days holiday, plus your birthday and bank holidays off Newly created role due to growth Interviews ASAP Immediate start available This is an agency-based Account Manager / Senior Account Manager role for a leading marketing agency within their field. The successful candidate will have 2+ years' experience ideally within a marketing agency (however, candidates and have either a relevant degree or similar qualification. This role will be a key role for the company, and you will be joining an existing team of Account Managers / Seniors and will be allocated a varied portfolio of clients with a focus on PR management and client service across a variety of content, PR & social, creative and digital campaigns. My client have an excellent reputation within the market and have clients approach them via google searches, recommendations and word of mouth and therefore new business generation / cold calling is not an aspect of this role, it is purely an existing client account manager role whilst being able to upsell and add value throughout the process. The duties for this Account Manager / Senior Account Manager role will include but not be limited to: Being the lead point of contact for various client accounts and managing the delivery of all projects within the agreed timeframes Attending regular client meetings Reporting on monthly /quarterly campaign results on a regular basis Supporting the copywriters Growing your network of journalists and bloggers through networking and LinkedInImmediate interviews available for this role with an immediate start possible, however candidates on a notice will still be considered.
