The successful Automotive Paint Technician will be responsible for;
- Skilfully undertake all preparation & repainting of cars & other vehicles
- Complete all jobs within the allotted times
- Skilfully work to the high standards expected by their customers, manufacturers & industry
- Supervise all non-qualified members & providing support and training where needed
- Communicate with internal departments, suppliers & customers
- Working hours; Due to excellent individual bonus schemes, you can work as much as you want to earn. The workshop is open from 7am 5pm, Monday to Friday, some flexibility on start and finish times (Saturday if required)

Required experience & characteristics of the Automotive Paint Technician
- Proven background working to high standards for a body repair shop
- ATA accredited OR working towards accreditation
- Good verbal communication and able to lead, motivate and train non-qualified technicians
- Reliable & conscientious
- Courteous, polite & professional
