Excited to partner a leading house hold PLC brand in NorthamptonLooking for a Head of Commercial finance focused on UK&I trade, stores, commercial and digital BU’sLeading a team of 6 business partners across a fast paced multisite retail and ecommerce environment Looking for a leader of future leaders to join a growing business during a transformational period of growthThe Role:In this pivotal role, you will provide finance leadership across Commercial Trading, Digital, and Marketing sectors, driving our business forward with sharp analysis and strategic insights. You'll lead on financial aspects of Product and Customer transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment and effective execution to support our ambitious growth plans. Key Responsibilities:Spearhead the financial strategy for trading, digital initiatives, and marketing, ensuring robust financial reporting and actionable insights.Drive accountability for achieving targets related to sales, margins, and marketing investments through precise financial leadership.Lead a team of 6 business partners across a fast paced PLC (best in class) remitLead financial planning processes including three-year plans, annual budgets, and forecasts, while identifying key variances to optimise business outcomes.Champion financial modelling for new products and customer engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Develop and oversee a Marketing Effectiveness framework to maximize ROI.Innovate and enhance financial practices within the digital sphere to support critical business decisions.Act as a key financial leader on strategic cost management and efficiency projects.Your background:Must be a qualified CIMA, ACCA, or ACA accountant with substantial years PQE in industryDemonstrable experience in commercial finance within a retail/ FMCG or multisite business setting.Proven ability to thrive in an agile working environment while managing competing priorities.Well-versed in the concept of Business Partnering, with a strong track record of collaborating across diverse business units.Capable of leading and facilitating team transformations.Experienced in managing and leading teams effectively.What’s on offer?£110,000 basic salary, car allowance (or electric car scheme) and bonusWorking for a leading household brandClear route to FD level within 2-3 years.
