Line Leader

Zest Recruitment are partnering with a highly reputable client in the food industry.

Due to continued growth and ongoing expansion, our client is looking to onboard a number of Line Leaders to their site based local to Peterborough.

Shifts Available
Double Days - Monday to Friday (6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm)
Night Shifts - Monday to Friday (10pm - 6am)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the teams on shift
Ensure manufacturing practices are in line with company standards
Ensure health and safety is maintained at a high level on shift
Ensure all paperwork and systems are completed in a timely manner
Oversee production lines to ensure they meet plans

This would be a great opportunity for those looking to step up and eventually progress to more senior managerial roles in the future - the client is known for personal development of their teams.

Requirements:
Food / Manufacturing experience is essential
