About the role: Are you passionate about making a difference in young learners' lives? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role has become available due to an exciting expansion of our support staff, reflecting our commitment to providing personalized learning experiences for our students. You'll be working closely with a small class of 20-25 students, focusing on delivering targeted interventions and booster sessions. This role stands out for its emphasis on one-on-one and small group support, allowing you to build strong, meaningful relationships with the children and see the direct impact of your work. Application Requirements:• Experience working with Key Stage 2 pupils, particularly in delivering booster and intervention sessions.• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, teachers, and parents.• A nurturing and patient approach, with the ability to inspire confidence and motivate students.• Knowledge of SEN strategies and a willingness to support students with diverse learning needs.• A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities:• Supporting students with their learning, particularly in literacy and numeracy.• Delivering tailored interventions and booster sessions to help students reach their full potential.• Assisting the class teacher with the preparation and delivery of lessons.• Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers and parents.• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued.
