Job Title: Commercial Manager Location: Rainham Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 Job Type: Permanent The Role Oversee project variations, costings, and materials to ensure efficient use of resources. Review contracts and manage subcontractor applications, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions. Maintain excellent communication with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Previous experience as an estimator/QS in the steel industry. Previous experience with NEC & JCT contracts.
