You will be pivotal in creating a classroom atmosphere where discussion, respect, and critical thinking are at the heart of every lesson. The ideal candidate will: Be a qualified and experienced teacher with a proven track record of success in the classroom. Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the RE curriculum, including world religions, ethical debates, and philosophical inquiry. Possess strong communication skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities. Show a commitment to encouraging student achievement and progression through innovative teaching strategies.
