M&E Engineer

M&E Engineer – TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a permanent Mobile M&E Engineer to work for one of the UKs largest and leading FM companies supporting them on a brand-new contract. As an M&E Engineer you’ll be working within dedicated sites in Cardiff and Bristol as the client’s first point of call for PPM and reactive M&E and other general building services maintenance. The tasks could include lighting and power upgrades, circuit board repairs, emergency light testing, and other planned maintenance. You will also be asked to support with general fabric work without the facility including minor repairs. There will also be some mechanically minded work included AHUs and other repairs on systems like this. The salary is £35,912/pa including additional wage from Door to Door pay. Monday – Friday working 40-hour weeks – 7am to 4pm There will also be 1 in 4 weeks on call and a weekend schedule every other weekend. Requirements You will be 18th Edition qualified and have commercial maintenance skills. It is desirable that you have HVAC skills but not required.
