Key Responsibilities: ChromeOS device management Chrome Browser Enterprise Support using Admin console Mobile Device Management (MDM) Onboarding / Enroll ChromeOS devices Remotely deploying enterprise policies / Enforce policies Secure Chromebooks with device management Google workspace Management Windows OS troubleshooting BIOS configuration, Hardware Assets management End to End Administration, Maintenance, Environment Refresh, Housekeeping Setup printer's and print spoolers Working in a support team and being flexible for rotational On-call support Key Skills and Experience: Experience in ChromeOS device management, Chrome Browser Enterprise Support using Admin console Mobile Device Management (MDM) Experience in Windows OS troubleshooting, BIOS configuration, HAM (Hardware Assets management) knowledge.
