OVERVIEW

The Vice President of Product will lead our Global Product function and Product Strategy. This role involves working closely with our Founders, CTO, and SVP Customer Experience to drive the product vision, strategy, and execution.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payment gateways and a proven track record of leading product teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives. Lead the orchestration strategy to ensure our platform continues to meet and exceed market demands. Identify and analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.

Leadership and Management: Lead and inspire the global product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Chair the Product and Technology Design forum to ensure cohesive and strategic product development. Oversee the Product Board Process, ensuring alignment across all product initiatives.

Product Development and Execution: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Manage the product launch process, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollouts.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for our integrations, ensuring seamless collaboration and integration. Collaborate closely with the Sales team, providing monthly updates and supporting sales initiatives with product insights. Work with Product Marketing to optimise the website and enhance product visibility and customer engagement. Engage with the R&D team to leverage clawback opportunities and drive innovation.

Customer Success and Feedback: Partner with the SVP Customer Experience to ensure product solutions meet customer needs and drive satisfaction. Regularly gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhancements.

Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present the Executive Management Team (EMT) pack, providing insights into product performance and strategy. Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBR) to assess product success and identify areas for improvement.

We work in the office Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursdays, the other days are flexible. Work from abroad scheme giving you the option of working whilst travelling. The opportunity to hot desk from four of our global offices. Our HQ is in the popular Finance hub of Farringdon, London.
