Job: Senior Site Manager Location: Southwest (Bristol, Bridgwater, Taunton)Salary: Up to £75k + Package My client is looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager who has experience on residential builds and who is hungry to further develop their career. As the Senior Site Manager, you will: Ensure compliance on siteBe the number 1 on siteReport to a visiting Contracts Manager Coordinate labour and resources on site Manage material levels on site to ensure the minimum amount of stockEnsure that all plots are built to the highest standard of qualityUndertake company directed quality control procedures and inspectionsMonitor and controlling the cost of productionInitiate and attend plot inspections with the Local Building InspectorCarry out toolbox talks or similar on-site briefingsLiaise proactively with other internal departments, externals suppliers and partners to ensure the build programme is achieved Deliver a high standard of site presentation at all times Key Criteria: CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid certificateBTEC diploma in Building Construction or NVQ Level 3 or 4 or similarMinimum 5 years as a Site ManagerProven track record of motivating staff and managing a site effectivelyUp to date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislationAble to work with a high degree of accuracy My client has been nationally recognised as one of the best in the business.
