Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional visitor experiences and innovative event solutions as a temporary Marketing manager.Your new roleThis organisation are looking for a skilled and creative Marketing Manager to join their team and develop and deliver the marketing strategy that supports the conference and exhibitions sales strategy. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing the conference business for the SEC and Glasgow.What you'll need to succeedPrevious experience in a similar role will lead to your success:- A proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers, partners, and clients.- A creative mind with the ability to curate fresh and innovative campaigns that stand out from competitors.- Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.- A good understanding of the conference and exhibitions markets and associated challenges and opportunities.- The ability to work effectively in a team and support wider business activations.What you'll get in returnYou will be offered an initial 12-week assignment, and you may also wish to apply for the permanent role whilst in post. The salary for the role is £40-£45k which will be paid to you on an hourly rate basis equivalent £23-£26per hour. This will be paid to you via Hays weekly timesheets
