Maintenance Manager

Boden group are delighted to bring to the market a new role working directly client side for a property development business who have a number of mixed use buildings across the UK. This particular role will be working as a multi skilled facilities technician covering sites in the North West of the UK around Liverpool, Manchester & Sheffield and Leeds. Most of the buildings are high end student accommodation and residential. The successful candidate needs to have a focus on HVAC / AC. What else are we looking for? * Ideal candidate will be proactive, self-sufficient and work on their own steam * Someone who will work well with clients and help keep/build relations * Someone who can be in charge of carrying planned & reactive maintenance on HVAC systems and other key building services systems What else can we tell you about the role? * Salaried position, not Hourly paid. The expectation is that the candidate should be able to manage his time to deliver the work as required in their 40 hour week. Therefore, overtime is not anticipated. * Holiday Allowance - 25 Days (plus bank holidays) * £40-45K with potential of £10K bonus depending on performance. * Working 8am-5pm (travel time within this) * Company van with fuel card If you feel you would suit this role and want to be considered – please don’t hesitate to get in touch
