RequirementsResponsibilities include:
- Performing maintenance, service, and repairs on Mercedes Benz vehicles to the highest standards.
- Diagnosing faults and conducting thorough vehicle testing.
- Replacing components, lubricants, and consumables, while maintaining accurate records.
- Creating informative CITNOW Videos to update customers on their vehicle conditions.
- Ensuring cleanliness and safety in your work environment.
- Completing tasks efficiently within the manufacturer's time frames.
- Advising customers on vehicle issues and ongoing servicing needs.
Ideal candidates will have:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in light vehicle maintenance.
- A commitment to pursuing further qualifications, especially in electric vehicle technologies.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- A strong sense of accountability for work quality and efficiency.
- A valid UK driving licence.
