Role Overview: The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and operational excellence across Cowshed Studios, Creators, Social, and Ventures. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with a proven track record in commercial strategy, client management, and business development. You will work closely with the executive team to shape and execute strategies that align with our agency’s goals and market opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies for Cowshed Studios, Creators, Social, and Ventures. Identify and capitalise on market opportunities to drive growth and profitability. Collaborate with senior leadership to set and achieve ambitious business targets. Business Development: Drive new business opportunities and expand our client base through strategic partnerships and alliances. Oversee the creation of compelling pitches and proposals to attract and secure new clients. Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and account growth. Revenue Management: Monitor and analyse revenue streams to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics for each division. Implement strategies to optimise pricing, contracts, and overall profitability. Market Insight and Innovation: Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape. Leverage market insights to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation within each division. Promote a culture of creativity and forward-thinking within the team. Reporting and Analysis: Develop and present regular reports on commercial performance, market trends, and business development activities. Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and refine commercial strategies.
