Key Responsibilities: - Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment. - Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. - Collaborate with other departments to optimise production efficiency. Essential Skills and Experience: - Proven experience as a Shift Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting. - Strong mechanical and electrical skills. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. - Excellent problem-solving abilities. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. - Relevant engineering qualifications or certifications.
