Job Title: R&D Scientist
Location: Slough, UK Duration: 1 Year Contract
Degree Required
: BSc in life sciences or equivalent Degree preferred:
MSc or above Field of study
: Biochemistry/Biology/Biomanufacturing
MUST have experience:
Knowledge of aseptic techniques for cell cultures and binding assays
Top 3 must have skills
: Cell cultures, ELISA, Octet/SPR
General role responsibilities: • Perform experiments, analyze and report results in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. • Review results accuracy to draw scientific conclusions linked to experimental goals • Develop skills and expertise in the Protein Function and Interaction area, with focus on product binding (e.g. ELISA, Octet and/or Biacore), metabolic changes (e.g. enzymatic assays) and functional cell-based assays (e.g. cell-based assay development)
