Sales Coordinator

Job Purpose:

• As a Sales Coordinator, you support our sales team of Golf Travel Experts with the preparation and coordination of custom, small group, and cruise itineraries
• While there is no requirement to do so, the Sales Coordinator role has proven to be an excellent training ground for those who wish to progress to a career in sales as a Golf Travel Expert with PerryGolf, typically within a 12 to 24-month period

Key Duties:

• Preparing custom tour itineraries utilising company software
• Arranging client invoices and final travel documents
• Coordinating dining reservations, caddies & other special requests
• Gathering international air travel information from clients
• Collating client notes and arrival & departure information for PerryGolf field staff including hosts, drivers and airport greeters
• Managing waitlist enquiries  

Desirable Experience & Traits:

• Knowledge of and/or interest in golf and travel considered a plus but not required
• Experience working in office administration and following procedures
• Confident user of Microsoft Office365 suite of products (Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook in particular)
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
• An ability to work independently, and collaboratively as part of a team

Job Location:

• Full-time, office-based position in PerryGolf’s office in Helensburgh, Scotland
• No remote or hybrid candidates will be considered
