Wavestone UK are seeking to hire a UK Insurance – Consulting leaders. Over the years, we have established ourselves as a strong partner in the UK insurance sector . Becoming part of the UK team will present new opportunities for you to make a positive impact as we embark on serving our existing customer portfolio, both here in the UK and internationally, and attracting new Insurance clients. This will mean working with our key clients on a wide range of advisory projects, bringing deep business and technology expertise to help address opportunities and challenges across their organisations. Deep Industry Expertise and Experience: Proven track record in delivering Insurance transformation across the value chain, leveraging Technology to drive operational efficiency and competitive advantage. Business Development: Play a key sales role, driving complex business proposals and contributing significantly to account development. Drive challenging deal wins and sales growth by expanding networks and mobilizing skilled stakeholders. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the technology and insurance sector. Solid foundations in consulting skills in external client-facing consulting or equivalent role (Insurance transformation, management, or Advisory focused) Proven track record of selling consulting services (account planning, pitches, proposals, value proposition development) Solid network of contacts within the insurance industry Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization, experience in managing and leading teams , developing and coaching junior members of staff Proven background leading strategic Transformation Programmes and strong acumen enhancing advisory credibility Nurture employee growth with Wavestone horizon career path, competitive compensation, transparent salary policy, tailored training, and internal mobility.
