NOTE TO FELLOW AGENCIES: NICE TRY AGENCIES BUT THE CLIENT IS EXCLUSIVELY WORKING WITH ROSS FRANK) 5-Axis CNC Miller Location: Reading Salary: Up to £55k p.a, depending on experience Hours: 38.25 hours/week + overtime available Monday-Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm Friday: 7:30am – 11:45am About the Role: We are seeking an experienced 5-Axis CNC Miller for a well-established precision engineering company that specialises in high-tolerance components, including work for the aerospace sector. With AS9100 certification and a commitment to excellence, we require a confident individual capable of programming and setting both online and offline. Key Requirements: * Strong experience in 5-axis CNC milling, with ability to program (at the machine and offline programming included in the role). * Familiarity with Heidenhain controls. * Capable of producing prismatic parts and complex 3D shapes to tight tolerances. * Apprenticeship trained or equivalent experience if possible. * An interest in one-off / small batch precision — we don’t do high quantity parts here.
