What You’ll Need: * Extensive experience in managing the business analysis function within IT projects. * Proven leadership in guiding and mentoring Business Analysts and cross-functional teams. * Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools, with practical application in IT systems change. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. * A formal business analysis qualification or equivalent experience.
