Saturday - Sunday Operatives

Owen Reed is looking to recruit a motivated Document Services Operator to join top law firm in London. The Document Services team is seeking an experienced Operator with high efficiency and technical acumen. Must be able to decipher and analyse instructions regarding detailed work requests and projects. Candidate must be flexible and exhibit ownership over the advancement of skillsets and status updates on work product. The schedule for this position is five days a week, 11:00pm - 6:00pm (GMT). Flexibility to work overtime on an as needed basis. Convert documents from various formats to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, while adhering to the Firm's standard best practices Generate and update/revise Tables of Contents and create/run mail merges Create, revise, and reformat PowerPoint presentations, maintaining Firm branding standards Familiarity with Excel, including reformatting, setting up for printing, and basic formulas and charts Provide technical support to clients, including software troubleshooting Education, Work Experience, Skills equivalent work experience will be considered. Proven experience as a word processor in a legal or financial services organization is required. Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a professional demeanor and providing exceptional customer service. Technologies/Software ~ Advanced knowledge of the following software applications is required: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, OmniPage, Nuance Power PDF, Litera (Compare), DocXtools, and Outlook.
