Have you worked on Zendesk, professional services projects before? Then we would absolutely love to speak. After successfully delivering on a couple of CaaS projects, we are lucky enough to be partnering with a zendesk partner once again. Please note: The contract will be predominantly US hours This is a T&M contract, so can work what hours you like from week to week. At the moment, there is enough to cover 40 hours! What we’re looking for? You have run a Zendesk project/engagement previously and be familiar with the learn, create, launch framework. You are also comfortable being client facing; delivering training; getting around a project plan and overall coming up with solutions. The important bits! $80 - $85 an hour 3-6 months.
