We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SEN Science Teacher to join us in September and make a significant impact on our students' educational journey. Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and differentiated Science lessons that cater to the diverse needs of SEN students. Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other staff members. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence. Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and other staff. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support student well-being and academic growth. Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the wider school community. Key Skills and Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization in Science. Experience teaching in an SEN setting, with a strong understanding of various special educational needs and disabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and adapt teaching materials to suit individual student needs. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with SEN students.
