Sales Development Representative (SDR) The Role We're seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our innovative startup, Joos. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving business growth through effective lead generation and qualification. As our SDR, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and contributing to our ambitious growth targets. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams, manage multiple outreach campaigns, and contribute to the growth of our brand across the UK, Europe, and North America. Why Join Us? You'll have the opportunity to shape our sales strategies and directly impact our expansion and market penetration. Responsibilities Gain a strong understanding of Joos Power Banks products, market landscape, and our unique value proposition Undertake research to identify key accounts, contacts, and prospects in the power bank and sustainable energy sectors Generate leads with an outbound focus, using a blended approach of phone, email, and online channels to promote Joos and our services Proactively qualify leads against specific criteria, identifying their current solutions and aligning their needs with Joos' offerings Create innovative campaigns tailored to specific industries (e.g., hospitality, retail) and roles (e.g., Operations Managers, Facility Directors) Set up discovery calls and demos with Account Executives Measure success, develop our value proposition, and iterate on strategies Work closely with the wider sales and marketing team to ensure consistency and collaboration in our approach Close the feedback loop by keeping our product engineering function informed of client impressions Contribute to the company's mission-driven focus on sustainable energy solutions and convenient power access Requirements 2+ years of experience in B2B sales as an SDR/BDE OR BDM – Tech / Retail / Merchant Services and Energy preferred. Proven track record in lead generation and qualification Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools – ideally Hubspot!
