Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Bishops Stortford
Salary: 25,000 + commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

With over 20 years of experience, our client specialises in providing bespoke distribution services and market strategies to manufacturers, working closely with wholesalers, pharmacies, GP surgeries, and hospitals.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively acquire and develop new business through outbound telesales
- Manage the target customer database
- Provide professional and timely handling of customer inquiries
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product range for efficient customer engagement
- Process orders and generate accurate quotations
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
- Follow established procedures for tasks and requests, including logging, processing, and progress chasing inquiries
- Complete various departmental administrative tasks as required by the business
