Coyle Personnel is looking for a Senior Complex Care Co-ordinator

Salary offered: 25-32k

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Brief overview of the role:

• Key Responsibilities for the Senior Care Coordinator role:
• Develop and manage client relationships within the home care team
• Complete monthly reports and care package schedules within deadlines
• Allocate shifts to the care team and promptly fill any schedule gaps with suitable staff
• Conduct quality monitoring of service users
• Participate in the on-call rota You must be approachable with excellent customer service skills and experience, you will be a clear communicator with excellent telephone manners and highly organised and self-motivated.
