Lead Credit Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analytics Lead to drive complex analytics projects and support our clients success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver analytics projects with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support and mentor junior analysts and offshore teams.
• Manage project plans, track progress, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Prioritize and balance planned and ad-hoc tasks.
• Ensure data integrity and contribute to departmental strategy.
• Build relationships with offshore analytics teams and lead briefings.
• Identify and address risks and challenges, suggesting policy improvements.
• Draw actionable conclusions and recommend further actions.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of credit products and data-driven strategies.
• Experience with statistical models and analytics in banking.
• Knowledge of risk management, business processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in SQL/SAS and strong quantitative analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working across locations.
