Surveyor

I am looking for a Surveyor to join a local authority in Staffordshire. The Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out repair, investment and planned surveys to properties. This role offers flexible working.

Surveyor responsibilities:

• Prepare and carry out diagnostic inspections, surveys & technical reports in accordance with Group practice.
• Providing accurate technical advice with competent & thorough surveys/post-inspections.
• Ensure that decent homes standards are maintained

What is required for the role:

• HNC or equivalent qualification
• Experience managing building and maintenance works
• Strong knowledge of decent homes standards
• Experience in social housing
