I am looking for an experienced Commissioning Engineer to work in the Bodmin- Cornwall area. The perfect applicant will have knowledge and experience working on projects within wastewater or water treatment. Role: Commissioning EngineerLocation: Bodmin- CornwallContract: FreelanceRate: Up to £450 per day outside IR-35When: ASAP Randstad Contact: Georgia Joslyn () Duties will include: Ensuring that all relevant health and safety documents are correctly recordedSupervising work to ensure that it is carried out in accordance with method statements and work Instructions from the project managerRecognising the health and safety considerations are central to all tasks and contribute to ensure safe working environments for allActively supporting the Site Manager to maintain and enforce safety standards as required by statute and in accordance with Safety PoliciesUnderstanding of technical MEICA worksControl panels and control systems experience Supervising the installation of process packages and field pipework in an water process environmentCompletion of documentation and equipment checks.Preparing the set up of instrumentation and scaling instruments back to the main control system.Adherence to all H&S legislation, documentation and proceduresSkills Required: Having a strong background of working within the water industryCSCS qualified for managing safelyMust have wastewater experienceFirst Aid 3 day courseValid Full UK Driving LIcence Safe delivery of water projects to time, cost, and qualityBe confident working in a team and adapting to more responsibilitySkills Desirable: Ambitious and dynamic personalityExperience of working on Water Industry construction projects, preferably with experience of large and complex deliveriesSomeone with a commitment to Right first timeIdeally have 5 years water and MEICA experienceElectrical Commissioning Experience DesiredIf this sounds like the perfect role for you please get in touch, we would love to hear from you!
