M&E Draftsperson

Job Opportunity: M&E Draftsperson Location: Fareham Salary: £30,000 to £45,000 Working arrangements: Hybrid Type: Permanent My client is a successful building services design consultancy experiencing consistent and sustainable growth. They are seeking a motivated Draftsperson to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with CAD and Revit experience who is looking to develop their skills and grow within a supportive environment. They are open to junior candidates and those with intermediate levels of experience. Key Responsibilities: Produce M&E drawings using 2D CAD and 3D Revit MEP software. Work on a variety of exciting construction engineering projects across all sectors, including commercial new builds, healthcare refurbishments, student accommodation, and education establishments. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure accurate and high-quality designs. Assist in the preparation of project documentation and specifications. Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions. Requirements: Some experience in a similar role, though candidates who are still learning and eager to grow are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in CAD and Revit MEP software. Experience in producing 3D mechanical and electrical drawings within building services. Confidence in design from concept to completion. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
