Reception Administrator £24,000 Centre of Cheltenham Join a vibrant team in the heart of Cheltenham! We're looking for a polished and proactive Reception Administrator to ensure the smooth running of our prestigious business centre, delivering first class service to tenants and visitors. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain a professional, immaculate front-of-house presence. * Assist the Centre Manager with day-to-day operations. * Respond to tenant queries and handle minor site issues. * Manage lounge and reception areas, ensuring cleanliness and hospitality. * Oversee security, health and safety protocols, including fire drills. * Assist with tenant tours and enquiries, liaising with contractors and suppliers. * Handle admin tasks and act as a keyholder for emergency situations. What We’re Looking For: * A self-starter with strong attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude. * Confident communicator, well-organised, and able to manage multiple tasks. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, with solid English and math skills. * Professional appearance and flexibility to adapt to varying needs.
