Key Account Manager

We are recruiting for a large Pharmaceutical company with a global presence.This role is a Key Account Manager role working across South London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex selling into secondary care customers in the Cardio Market.Key responsibilities include:Conduct analysis and assessment of accounts to ensure an understanding of issues, key brand advocates, stakeholders, health priorities, commissioning, procurement activities and/or regional networksInput into the prioritisation of customers to refine segmentation plansProduce a plan of action to ensure achievement of account priorities and regional and national brand strategyInvolve key internal stakeholders in preparation of account plans to ensure alignment and prioritisation of activitiesSupport identification of opinion leaders and develop engagement plansEnsure all activities agreed within the account plans are implemented to completion within time, cost, and compliance and quality constraintsTranslate national plans to develop a regional plan of actionDevelop evaluation methods for success and track progress relative to targetsYou will maintain effective collaboration within own and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, progress updates and knowledge shareMust Have Qualifications:Degree educated, ideally in a scientific field and ABPI qualifiedA proven track record of consistently high performance in hospital sales, preferably with Cardiovascular experienceExperience in selling Biologic and/or High Cost Specialty medicines preferredStrong relationships with the key stakeholders across LondonExperience of securing formularies within the evolving NHS, developing patient pathways and optimizing guidancePro4orm People Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
